About Me
I’m Anne Hardegree, owner and heart behind Brain 2 Heart Counseling and Curriculum. I am a licensed professional counselor and associate supervisor.
I was a public school educator for 28 years. In addition I have been a Professional Counselor for 17 years. I am fortunate and thankful that my work as a therapist is my life’s passion and I get to spend each day supporting clients as they heal and grow.

With 30 plus years of working with children, teens and adults- my areas of expertise include: adults with trauma, children with challenging behaviors, attachment and relationships, child abuse, trauma, anxiety, depression, and school struggles. I am licensed to provide supervision to LPC Associates as they create their styles of helping adults and children through their healing journey.
Human beings are complex and unique. With integrated counseling, I will help you clear the chaos in your heart and mind. I will share with you skills and techniques, perspectives and teachings that will assist you in learning new ways of being so you can understand thoughts, emotions, and experiences in more flexible and adaptive ways.
